adidas Pride
Challenge
For this campaign we wanted to celebrate pride and what it means for the community. A big challenge was working with another agency for the visual creative knowing that changes had to be calculated due to the pandemic. Another opportunity during this campaign was the work kept growing, week after week. We started with small retail exploration that grew into propping for many retail locations, working on activations to help drive traffic and creating a PR kit for the campaign.
Action
For this campaign we worked hard on what the messaging hierarchy needed to be and solidified a visual language that could be taken to a variety of retail spaces. We also worked on propping the retail spaces to enhance the energy and fun of the visual direction. I created a prop tiered system for the different size stores, some ranging in large LED lit cubes and hydro dipped vintage boomboxes to smaller sports props.
For this project I also started to play around with Spark AR Studio to create an Instagram filter that could be live during the campaign.
Results
This campaign turned out so colorful and fun to look at and I was very please with how many different aspects of the campaign came together.
